A Scottsdale-based Mexican restaurant is opening its third location in Arcadia on Sept. 5.

Salt + Lime Modern Mexican Grill is set to open a location between 44th Street and Camelback Road at 11 a.m. Sept 5, according to a press release. The new restaurant will be next to Steak 44 and across from the Global Ambassador Hotel.

The restaurant’s 1,500 square foot space will feature colorful decor and comfortable seating. The menu will focus on traditional Mexican dishes and house specialties. Menu options include barbacoa enchiladas, carnitas tacos, tamales and fajitas, diablo eggs, taco vampiro and more. Beverage options include wine, beer and house-made margaritas.
