IREDELL COUNTY, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) -- A months-long investigation has led to a child sexual exploitation arrest, according to the Iredell County Sheriff's Office.

On February 21, 2025, the ICSO got a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about 27 files of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Officials say a search warrant was obtained for a Dropbox account, which revealed more CSAM files. Detectives were able to trace the account back to 22-year-old Jonathan Clinton Reeves.

On September 4, Reaves was arrested and gave a full confession during an interview with law enforcement. He is charged with 10 counts of felony second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.

Reaves is being held at the Iredell County Detention Center under a $100,000 secured bond.
