DETROIT, MI — It was a great start to the football season for the Catholic League, with teams such as Novi Detroit Catholic Central, Orchard Lake St. Mary’s and Warren De La Salle showcasing why they figure to be among the best in Michigan this fall.
Those and others hope to continue to get better in Week 2. Arguably the biggest matchup will be De La Salle traveling to Division 1 power Davison in what should be a great battle between two of the state’s best. Detroit Catholic Central traveling to Toledo Central Catholic should be another marquee matchup.
