Caleb Williams is entering a pivotal sophomore campaign as Chicago Bears quarterback, and with patience running thin in the Windy City, Williams is unquestionably under the spotlight.
The former No. 1 overall pick had a rather uneven rookie season, throwing for 3,541 yards, 20 touchdowns and six interceptions while completing 62.5 percent of his passes. He was also sacked 68 times.

Williams certainly showed promise in 2024, but he clearly has a whole lot to improve upon, and that may be difficult for him to achieve this year. Why? Bleacher Report's Brad Gagnon broke it down, calling Williams' growing pains the biggest problem he will face with the Bears this fall.
