BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) -- A Prince George's County man and two men from Charles County were arrested Wednesday in connection with an illegal car rally bust by Maryland State Police (MSP).

Police say on June 29, officers received reports of a "large-scale illegal car rally" with roughly 300 participants. There, officers noticed a silver Dodge Durango had its license plate covered with duct tape and attempted to pull the driver over.

Both the driver and passenger exited the car and ran from the scene. Officers proceeded to search the Durango and found two loaded firearms and ammunition inside.

During the investigation, police identified Malachi James, 21, of Temple Hills; Khadeem George, 20, and Kareem Isaroon, 50, both of Indian Head, Md., as suspects.
