The largest World Cup ever, a record 48 countries will participate, up from 32. And for the first time ever, the men’s World Cup has three host countries: Canada, the United States, and Mexico.

The tournament will take place from June 11 to July 19 in 16 host cities, including the Canadian host cities of Vancouver and Toronto .
