BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) - Attendees at the Bismarck Food Truck Festival don’t have to travel far to get a taste of Hawaiian culture.
Flavah is based out of Williston, but is run by a completely Hawaiian staff. Its menu consists of traditional Hawaiian dishes, like spam musubi, with some unique twists.
“There’s typically not much, you know, Hawaiian food up here, and I know everybody wants the taste of Hawaii. So we figured we’d bring it here to North Dakota, so they can have an idea, so whenever they take a trip with their family, they have an idea of what the food actually tastes like,” said Damien Kim, co-owner.
The Bismarck Food Truck Festival is a three-day event.
