BOISE, Idaho — Several of the Treasure Valley's top 6A teams take on out-of-state powers during the Northwest Showdown as part of a loaded slate of Week 2 prep contests.

Eagle and Rocky Mountain high schools play host to the likes of Laguna Creek (California), Nelson (Oregon), Provo (Utah) and Skyview (Washington) on Friday night. Action kicks off at 5 p.m.

Bishop Kelly and Minico meet in a battle of 5A unbeatens at 7 p.m. Friday, while Caldwell visits Columbia for a collision of Southern Idaho Conference rivals.

Wendell welcomes Marsing in Week 2 with both squads seeking their first 2025 win. The 3A classification's lineup also features matchups between Aberdeen and Declo, Parma and Nyssa, and more.
