WATFORD CITY — Law enforcement is seeking a man involved in a domestic violence case.

At 1:45 p.m. Friday (Sept. 5), the Watford City Police Department responded to an active call of domestic violence in the 700 block of 2nd Street Northeast. The man, Jaris Miguel Cooper, was identified in connection with the incident.
