Federal authorities believe the suspect wanted in a 2020 attack on a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement building in Atlanta is now in Portland and they have offered a reward to help track the person down.

The suspect, Emily Smith, is 28, and until recently went by the name Ronald Watson, according to court records. Smith also goes by the names Sarah Watson and Miranda Kyle, federal officials said.

Smith may be in the Portland metro area, prosecutors said in a statement Friday. The FBI is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to Smith’s arrest. Smith faces federal charges of arson and destruction of government property.
