Pa. fall foliage guide: When it will appear and what to expect

As the seasons change, foliage fanatics can prepare for another fall filled with changing leaves across Pennsylvania.

Accuweather has released a guide for fall foliage predictions across the United States, including ours.

And similar to the predictions made by the Old Farmer’s Almanac , the seasonal color shift is expected to be a good one overall.

“There will be drastic differences in fall foliage across this country this year,” said Paul Pastelok, AccuWeather’s lead long-range expert, in the report. “We expect vibrant colors across much of New England and the Midwest this autumn.”

However, Pastelok also added that those hoping to catch the changing colors should act fast.
