LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - It is going to feel more like October than September Saturday and Sunday. While the weekend looks to be dry, rain chances return beginning Monday. Temperatures will be closer to average for much of next week.
Saturday will be mostly sunny to sunny and pleasant. The day is going to begin chilly with low temperatures in the mid 30s to mid 40s. Some locations could see near record lows. High temperatures in the afternoon should be in the upper 60s to upper 70s. Winds look to be north at 5 to 15 mph. For those going to the Nebraska football game Saturday evening, you may want to take a jacket or sweatshirt with you. The temperature at kickoff should be in the upper 60s, but by the end of the game the temperature will likely be in the mid 50s.
