AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — Governor Greg Abbott recently announced over $146 billion in transportation investments across Texas, with several projects set to impact drivers in the Panhandle area.

The 10-year plan, known as the Unified Transportation Program, outlines funding for roadways to meet the demands of the growing population of the state.
