September, the month that marks the end of summer, is here. And although we won’t see fall colors for a while, there are plenty of bright colors to be seen at the Longview Fairgrounds. For 47 years the Gregg County Fair has had the same manager. Saying Gregg County Fair Manager Billy Clay is busy is an understatement.
