CLIVE, Iowa — Football fans heading to Ames for the Iowa vs. Iowa State game on Saturday have a new way to try their luck at winning a historic $1.8 billion Powerball jackpot.

The Iowa Lottery and Hy-Vee have teamed up to sell Powerball tickets at an RV Village Pop-Up Shop outside Jack Trice Stadium.

"The Iowa Lottery is about giving our players access to the big moments," said Matt Strawn, Iowa Lottery CEO and Powerball Product Group Chair. He highlighted the opportunity for fans to purchase a Powerball ticket as part of their pre-game activities.
