The Patriots hosted a trio of tight ends for tryouts on Friday afternoon: Zach Davidson, Marshall Lang, and Cole Turner.

Davidson is a 6-foot-7, 251-pounder who spent the past three seasons on Buffalo’s practice squad and appeared in a pair of games last year, catching one pass for five yards. The 27-year-old was a Vikings fifth-rounder out of Central Missouri in 2021.

Turner has the most NFL experience of the bunch, as the 25-year-old suited up for 22 games with the Washington Commanders, hauling in 13 passes for 143 yards. A fifth-rounder from Nevada in 2022, Turner stands 6-foot-6 and weighs in at 240 pounds.

As for Lang, the 6-foot-4, 249-pounder went undrafted out of Northwestern this spring and landed with Seattle. The 23-year-old was released by the Seahawks this summer.
