Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer reshuffled his Cabinet team following the resignation of Angela Rayner over her tax affairs. It came after it emerged Ashton-under-Lyne MP Ms Rayner had underpaid stamp duty on the property.

Ms Rayner quit as deputy prime minister, housing secretary and deputy Labour leader on Friday (September 5) following an official probe into the admission.
