NEWBURYPORT — This Saturday on Local Pulse, Newburyport Ward 6 City Council candidates Philip Cootey, Mary DeLai and James Eichhorst will be in the studio to answer questions and make their case to move on to the general election.

On Sept. 16, the field will be narrowed to two candidates to face off on Nov. 4. This will be residents’ only opportunity to hear from all three candidates prior to the preliminary election.
