Judging cabinet strengths, weaknesses
While judgments on cabinet strengths and weaknesses can be debatable, broad consensus, historical investigation and political science scholarship support a generally accepted conclusion on the quality of a presidential cabinet. Some key components include: expertise, competence, experience, operational effectiveness, eth
