The unbelievable footage showed the determined fan bully the boy's dad into giving up the prized souvenir - on the day of the youngster's birthday.

The heated argument was captured on camera after Phillies outsider Harrison Bader launched a stunning home run into the left field seats during a game against the Marlins on Friday.

After making the incredible hit, at least six fans raced into the empty blue seats to try to snatch the ball at LoanDepot Park.

But the boy's dad, wearing a red Phillies shirt, managed to get there before anyone else.

However, the ordeal was far from an open and shut case.

When the proud dad returned to his boy and handed him
