With the first Gator football game in the books, it is a reminder that the University of Florida is the “Everything School” and a freshman from Jones High School made a stellar debut at wideout, Vernell Brown the Third, already has made a case for the “catch of the year” in college football and caught three passes for 79 yards against LIU.

Every Tuesday, you can Gator Chomp your vote for the best athlete in Orange and Blue every week and cast your ballot after the Tuesday 6 p.m. sportscast.
