Orange County musician Michael Ubaldini discovered his 1970s band’s rare 45s are selling for up to $500, after unknowingly selling copies for $20 each.
The Earwigs gained an underground cult following through radio play and bootleg cassettes, despite never officially releasing their 1981 debut album.
The band will play a long-delayed album release party Saturday in Huntington Beach for their limited-edition vinyl pressing.
