A University of Kentucky college student is facing some serious charges after hiding a newborn babies body in a closet. Laken Snelling is accused of giving birth to the baby inside her dorm room, wrapping the baby's body up and hiding it in a closet. The Kentucky cheerleader, faces charges of abuse of a corpse, tampering with physical evidence and concealing the birth of an infant. She was booked into the Fayette County Detention Center and her bond was set at $100,000. Dan Gerl, Managing attorney at Next Law weighs in.
