When Jiah Walls emerged from a scrum of players with the football in his hands, the East bleachers and visitors sidelines at Jones High Field went crazy as fans and players watched the senior linebacker race 89 yards for the game-winning touchdown.

Walls’ heroics capped a furious fourth-quarter rally by the Trojans, ranked No. 14 in the Sentinel’s Super 16 Coaches Poll , as they knocked of the top-ranked Jones Tigers 28-25.

Jones was about to go in for the go-ahead touchdown, with a first-down-and-4 play at the Evans 9-yard line. But Jones quarterback Dereon Coleman was hit with a swarm of Evans defenders, and Walls came out of the pile with football and turned it the other way.
