SIOUX CITY, Iowa — Two goals from West Fargo's Bryce Mattern helped lift the Fargo Force to their third preseason win in three games Saturday.

Tucker Lyndaker and Jacob Sagadin also found the net for Fargo, giving the Force a 4-1 win over the Omaha Lancers at Sioux City's Tyson Events Center.

Lyndaker broke a scoreless tie midway through the second period when he beat Omaha goaltender Marko Bilic for his second goal of the preseason.

Mattern netted his first of the game just under three minutes later to give the Force a 2-0 advantage before the Lancers cut the lead in half on Michael Conlon's goal 1:35 later.

Mattern scored again at the 10:59 mark of the third before Sagadin added an empty-netter with 48 seconds remaining.
