RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - Now through Thursday, Oct. 2, the Wilbur D. May Center is spotlighting “blandscapes” in its museum gallery that are anything but bland.
“Don’t let the title fool you,” the Saturday, Sept. 6, museum Facebook post said. “Striking imagery and rural, recycled frames paint a vivid picture for anyone viewing.”
The photographs by Scott Mortimore highlight special parts of Nevada that are all too easily passed by.
All pieces are for sale.
The museum inside Rancho San Rafael Regional Park is open Wednesday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m.
