After reports of a stabbing around 2 p.m. in the Joyce-Collingwood neighbourhood, police found a 50-year-old woman with life-threatening injuries inside an apartment building near Vanness Avenue and Spencer Street. They then found two more deceased victims in a separate building near Joyce Street and Vanness.
