FRAMINGHAM -- The Husson University Eagles opened their 2025 football season with a 40-13 win over the Framingham State University Rams Saturday afternoon.
In the first quarter, Eagles running back Jed Lober found his way to the endzone on a two-yard rush to give Husson the early lead.
Lober would find the endzone two more times in the second quarter, and would finish the day with 111 rushing yards and three touchdowns.
Framingham would strike back with a double reverse rushing touchdown from running back Ezana Zemene to tie the game at 13.
Eagles quarterback Max Clark would cap off a fantastic with two 20+ yard touchdown strikes as the Eagles come away with a huge victory in week 1.
