We've got a beautiful early fall pattern setting up for us. High pressure is building in, promising plenty of sunshine and dry conditions. We will be monitoring the sky conditions, but expect them to clear nicely with even drier air settling in. Highs will be in the low 70s with chilly lows in the 40s!
The real story shaping up for us is the shift from cooler, more seasonable air to a significant warming trend. We're starting the week off notably cooler than what we typically see this time of year, with lows dipping into the 40s, especially Monday morning. We might even see a few spots flirt with the upper 30s in sheltered valleys – quite unusual for early September!
But don't get too used to that chill. We expect a noticeable warming trend to begin Tuesday, pushing temperatures back up
