SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KCAU) — Siouxlanders got together over the weekend for schooners and Charlie boys at Miles Inn to celebrate their 100th anniversary.

Miles Inn first opened in 1925 and by 1946, they became a sensation for selling their signature food, the Charlie Boy. For the celebration, the owners of Miles Inn threw a block party for everyone to enjoy. The event had live music, a jumbotron in the parking lot to watch college football, merchandise, and, of course, Schooners and Charlie Boys. The owner of Miles Inn said that the bar wouldn't be where it is today if it weren't for the original owners.
