A mass Russian drone and missile attack on Ukraine’s capital has killed at least two people and injured 11, Ukrainian officials said on Sunday.
Among the dead was a 1-year-old child, whose body was dug out of the rubble by rescuers, said Tymur Tkachenko, the head of Kyiv’s city administration. Advertisement

A fire broke out on the top floor of an administrative building in the Pechersk district, where government buildings, including the cabinet of ministers, is located. Associated Press journalists saw plumes of smoke emanating from the city center, where Russian attacks rarely hit.
