PROVO, Utah – Bear Bachmeier continues to shine under the bright lights of LaVell Edwards Stadium as he led BYU to a first-quarter touchdown and a 6-0 lead over Stanford.

After coming up empty on the first drive of the night, BYU’s first team offense found some running lanes the second time it touched the football.

LJ Martin gained 58 yards on two carries to set the stage for Bachmeir. The true freshman QB completed passes to Parker Kingston and Sione Moa before finishing the drive with a three-yard scoring run.
