BATON ROUGE — While LSU football got out of its 2025 home opener against Louisiana Tech with a 23-7 win, it lost a couple of key players during the game.

The statuses of sophomore tight end Trey'Dez Green and junior center Braelin Moore are up in the air following the win by the Tigers (2-0), LSU coach Brian Kelly said.

Moore, the Virginia Tech transfer who was coming off being named the Southeastern Conference Offensive Lineman of the Week for his efforts in LSU's 17-10 win at Clemson in the season opener last week, got rolled up on the first play of the game, leaving the field and not returning to the game.
