Burning Soul brewer Chris Small had an unremarkable start to his career - but eleven years later, there might be nowhere better for beer in Birmingham.

Chris started learning about the beverage whilst working for the NHS and used his spare time listening to hours upon hours of podcasts about all things beer.

Located on Mott Street, Burning Soul is a brewery and taproom which produces exciting inventions with flavours ranging from ice cream pale ale to coconut porter.

Influenced by homebrewer and author Jamil Zainasheff, the success of Burning Soul led to a full circle moment between the two.
