BOULDER — The biggest play the Colorado defense allowed on Saturday afternoon just so happened to also be its most impressive.

After allowing over 400 yards, including 320 on the ground in the season-opening loss to Georgia Tech a week ago, the Buffaloes vowed to be a unit that doesn’t give up until the final whistle.

So, as Delaware wide receiver Ja'Carree Kelly was scampering downfield for a big gain of over 60 yards in the fourth quarter of CU’s 31-7 win, Ben Finneseth came storming after Kelly, ultimately poking the ball free, allowing linebacker Jeremiah Brown to pounce on it.
