FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - Sunday will essentially be the same as Saturday, just a bit less breezy in the afternoon. Plenty of afternoon sunshine with a high in the upper 60s, near 70 degrees.
Dry weather will continue for all of next week, but we will start to transition back to summer-like weather.
A warmer air mass will start to move our way earlier next week. This will result in afternoon high temperatures going from the low 70s on Monday to the low 80s by Wednesday. The rest of the week, into the following weekend, temperatures are expected to max out in the low 80s, which is a little above normal for this time of year. Fortunately, the humidity will be on the lower side with this warm-up. So, summer weather isn’t done for the year back yet.
