RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — A woman has been charged with a DWI after colliding head-on with a Raleigh police car in south Raleigh.

According to the Raleigh Police Department, officers reported to the crash just after midnight Sunday on Carolina Pines Avenue near Granite Street.

Officers said no injuries were reported in this crash.

A woman, 23-year-old Nallely Arvizu-Mejia of Angier, was charged with driving while impaired, based on the officers' investigation.

Arvizu-Mejia will face a Wake County judge later in September.
