A 30-year-old man died after being found with severe head and body trauma on the roadway of the Bronx’s Major Deegan Expressway early Sunday, police said.

The dying victim was discovered on the expressway near Mosholu Parkway about 2 a.m., cops said.

Medics rushed him to St. Barnabas Hospital but he could not be saved. His name was not immediately released.

Cops are investigating whether he was run over by a driver who did not remain at the scene or died some other way.
