A busy Exhall junction is set to get a £6m upgrade to boost 'capacity and safety'. Major changes will be made to Wilsons Lane, on the B4113 Pickard's Way and at the Longford Road roundabout.
It comes after cabinet members at Warwickshire County Council approved the £6m plans, which will be paid for by developer MJ Coventry . The firm was given the go-ahead to build up to 73 homes and up to 55,750 sqm of employment/commercial floor space on land at Wilsons Lane/Pickard's Way (B4113) Wilsons Lane.
Part of the conditions of the planning permission was that the company cover the costs of providing a new signalised 'left in left out' (LILO) junction on the B4113 Pickard's Way and an emergency access on Wilsons Lane.
