JOHNSTOWN, Pa. – Pennsylvania State Police have filed weapons and theft charges against a Johnstown man who was injured Saturday when an officer from Johnstown Police Department shot him while responding to an early morning theft investigation.
Christopher J. Lehman, 32, faces felony counts of persons not to possess firearms; firearms not to be carried without a license; criminal theft attempt; a misdemeanor of resisting arrest; and a summary count of criminal mischief. ×
