Kristin Cabot, who was caught on camera with former Astronomer CEO Andy Byron at a Coldplay concert, has filed for divorce from her husband, according to PEOPLE .

Cabot submitted divorce papers in Portsmouth, New Hampshire on Aug. 13, NBC News reported after obtaining the legal documents. The divorce proceedings are ongoing, with the next hearing scheduled for Nov. 26.

The filing comes nearly a month after Cabot and Byron became the center of a social media storm when they appeared on the kiss cam during Coldplay’s July 16 concert in Foxboro, Massachusetts. When the camera focused on them, Cabot covered her face while Byron ducked down, a reaction that prompted Coldplay frontman Chris Martin to joke they might be having an “affair.”
