In a news conference, officials said fish in the Vann Park pond are expected to die following the fire. Officials went on to say that the ash and debris could cause chemical burns.
Officials with the Warrick County Health Department say they do not yet know what is in the ash, but say it is testing at a high PH level. They advise members of the public that have come into contact with the ash to contact the ER.
