KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — College GameDay is headed to Knoxville next week for Georgia vs. Tennessee.

The GameDay crew announced the decision on X on Saturday night, not too long after Florida was upset by South Florida in Gainesville.

The Florida-Miami matchup was the favorite to be College GameDay's next selection, but with Florida likely dropping far into the Top 25, or very possibly out, it made the decision quite easy.

Next Saturday's 3:30 game will very likely be a top 20 matchup, as Georgia is currently ranked No. 4 coming off a 28-6 win vs. Austin Peay, meanwhile Tennessee is No. 22, but figures to jump a few spots following a 72-17 win over East Tennessee State and several teams ahead of them losing on Saturday.
