BARNEVELD, Wis. (WKOW) -- It’s grape harvesting season, and Botham Vineyard & Winery in Barneveld is hard at work.

Sunday marked the winery’s 32nd harvest, bringing in grapes ready to be processed into juice.

Winery owner Mills Botham calls the harvest a “wonderful reward.”

"We've got a wonderful harvest this year, the grapes look excellent," said Botham. "It's been a it's been a really good growing season, so kind of seeing everything come in and seeing how the the crop has turned out is the highlight for me."

The harvest will be turned into two wines: A dry red called Uplands Reserve and an off-dry red called Purebred Red.

Botham wines can be found at grocery and liquor stores around the state.
