LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock was packed with football fans cheering on Arkansas and Arkansas State on Saturday – and the buzz around the historic game didn’t end on game day.
While cleanup was underway on Sunday, people in Little Rock were still riding the high. Landyn Jefferson said her favorite moment from the game was the tailgating.
"Although you had two different teams, I mean we're all Arkansas. So, everybody was just happy to be out together,” Jefferson said.
With this matchup being the first in history, many fans on both sides hope they don’t have to wait too long for it to happen again.
