Black Powder Dispensary owner Dan Mulcahy was showing two out-of-state visitors around his Santa Fe shop one day last month when, he alleges, a homeless man entered the store and began threatening the group.
Mulcahy told the man to leave, he said, alleging the man went outside, picked up a rock and threw it through a window of his car.
He called 911 and waited several hours for a response, Mulcahy said, and then flagged down a Santa Fe police officer parked at a nearby Sonic Drive-In. He provided the officer with video of the incident and information about the suspect, who he said previously had purchased cannabis from his store. The man has not been charged in the incident, online court records show.
Mulcahy said it was the most dramatic in a series of incidents involving homeless peop
