After a healthy dose of badly needed rain this weekend (most spots picked up 1 to 2+ inches), the weather starts off on a spectacular note on Monday.

Our air is fresh, dry, and mild in the coming days. Sea breezes will kick in each afternoon, and our morning starts will be cool in many suburbs. 40s will dominate in the cooler spots, while the bigger cities hover in the 50s.

By midweek, a weak weather system will give us a close brush with showers. Right now, it appears most of the wet weather will stay on Cape Cod and the Islands, but some feeble showers could sneak up to the South Shore in the afternoon. This will be our only chance of wet weather in the next 8-10 days.
