CINCINNATI (WXIX) - A hearing is set for 9 a.m. Monday over the documents tied to downtown Cincinnati’s brawl.
Hamilton County Municipal Court Judge Donte Johnson will decide whether or not to seal Alex Tchervinski’s misdemeanor case.
It’s not clear if the judge will issue his decision at the end of the hearing or issue a written decision at a later date.
Cincinnati police and the clerk’s office have repeatedly refused to release the records to FOX19 NOW in the nearly three weeks since Alex Tchervinski was charged with disorderly conduct on Aug. 21.
He charged and cited to appear in court more than three weeks after what Cincinnati Police Chief Teresa Theetge has described as a “violent attack” at Fourth and Elm streets.
Tchervinski, 45, was one of at least three people seriously hurt
