A man in North Dakota has been convicted after investigators say he and his wife were abusing people inside a senior care center. A jury in Ward County found Dalton Hattem guilty of two counts of conspiracy to commit gross sexual imposition. Prosecutors say Hattem’s wife, Amber, was working as a certified nursing assistant at a Minot care facility when she sexually abused two residents with cognitive disabilities, recorded the acts, and shared the videos with Dalton. He is scheduled to be sentenced in December. Amber Hattem currently faces two felony cases, the first of which is set to go to trial next month.
