Should we facilitate abortion access to boost the economy? A recent economic analysis purported there have been “staggering costs to the economy” in the years following the Dobbs v. Jackson decision that overturned Roe v. Wade . The logic is simple — fewer abortions mean more children, more children mean higher economic costs, and thus fewer women in the workforce.
